About Folke Patron

Folke Patron was founded in 2012 in Uddevalla, Sweden. Before that, Folke Patron was an obscure designer who worked for various bands and cultural events in exchange for fermented drinks and kind words.

During 2015, Folke Patron spent most of his time in Budapest where he worked for the international ad agency DDB, with brands such as Telekom, Heineken and McDonald's. In Sweden he has worked with, among others: football club BK Häcken, brewery Cykelmusteriet, The Gothenburg Symphony, The city of Gothenburg and Uddevalla Municipality

Inspiration is gathered from all over the world, from the ancient rock carvings in Bohuslän (Sweden), to European typography, to the contemporary and vibrant design scene in New York City.

Folke Patron is a one-man company owned and operated by Dennis Johansson, art director and graphic designer. If necessary, he hand-picks creators from his network with the ambition of having an even gender distribution. He is available as a freelancer all over the world.
